Meet Jase Carr
I’m Jase - founder of Solla Sollew and a 25+ year veteran of data migration and program delivery.

I’ve led high-stakes, high-complexity migrations across organisations like Blackwoods, Mirvac, Spark New Zealand, Gen-I, Optus, Vodafone and Endeavour Drinks Group.
The secret to my success? Clarity. People-first leadership. And a solution that works the first time.

Whether it’s designing ETL pipelines, running test cycles, leading stakeholder engagement or managing legacy shutdowns, I’ve done it all - and I still love it.

I founded Solla Sollew because I wanted to build something different: a consultancy that delivers once and moves on, not one that builds dependency.
